I have this knife which I will attempt to describe (sorry-no camera). It is marked Victorinox ELINOX on the large blade. It has a large blade, a small blade, can opener with large screwdriver and wire stripper, punch, and wood saw. The handles are red Aluminum ? ? with a checkered pattern and the symbol on the handle is a cross without the Vic sheild. The separations between the tools are made of brass, not aluminum like all the other Vics that I have. Does anyone know anything about this knife and approx how old it may be? Thanks in advance for your help.

Elinox was used as their trademark name in the mid-1950's:

What you have sounds like the Farmer -
EXCEPT the small blade doesn't sound right -

I've heard of another person describe their Farmer with brass liner/separator - could it possibly be nickel-silver (less yellow?)

I have two Pioneers that have brass center liners/spacers. One of them I bought new in 1976 - the other one is a bit later.

Definitely yellow brass, not NS.
