Looking at my Victorinox Spirit S in from of me, it appears they traded the "serrated butter knife" blade for a pair of scissors, blackened the handles, and tippled the price.
I'd say if you want it for anything more than a collection, pass on it, it's way to expensive for how little changes were made.

If you can live without the black handles then look for a Swisstool Spirit X to get the same tool set. Great MT BTW.
