Vietnam Tactical comes through

I took a few kids on a survival weekend up at my parent’s lake property and had a blast using the Vietnam Tactical hawk.

We used it for chopping trees for our shelter, cutting firewood and for passing the time throwing it at large trees. Needless to say it does need a touch up on its edge but it came through with flying colors.

We also had a Hummer at our disposal, courtesy of a good friend. What a blast. We took it through some pretty nasty two tracks and power lines and never once worried about getting stuck.

I just might have to trade in the Dodge V10 for one of these bad boys.

Ahhhh Phil,

They're a blast aren't they? Aberdeen Proving Ground has a military vehicle show this past weekend with lots of privately owned stuff for sale and trade, etc.

There was a Hummer there for $3,000 - didn't run but the body wasn't bad. Most of the time the problem is the suspension because people run the you know what out of them but if I had the money I'd be calling my husband and telling him I'd been shopping.

He knows I want one and got me a model of one for Christmas that sits on top of my computer.

If I can find it in my favs list I'll send you the link for a military vehicle place that sells them. You can buy one that runs and will pass inspection for $15,000. Out here, Delaware Auto Auctions sells all the military vehicles. A friend got a CUCV a couple weeks back for $500. A little work and it went thru inspection and runs great. What a deal!!!

OK....last time I checked, used car sales were NOT part of your job description. Phil buys TOMAHAWKS for resale...assisting him with his transportation needs is extra!!! :D

Ugggghhhh!

Phil! Call me and I'll get you an awesome deal on a HumVee if you order enough hawks to fill it.

There, 2 deals done! ;)

Think of it this way...

Phil drives through town with his Hummer painted in ATC colors, with Ice Cream Truck music blaring. All of the big kids run out of their houses to see what is up. Phil parks, opens up the Hummer for all to se a HUMMER LOAD of tomahawks! All of the neighborhood big kids would buy some 'hawks and play all day with them. Phil then would get back into his Hummer and crank up the music as he heads into the next neighborhood.

:)
