Viking sword on ebay?

I remember a couple, or more, years ago that a seemingly authentic viking era sword went on ebay. It was in unbelievably good condition, like nothing I have ever seen in a museum, or even on a picture, before. The ones I have seen have usually been little more than a rusty steel rod. This was in very nice condition and the blade was also richly engraved. It went for a very large sum of money. If it was real it must have been an almost unique artefact. Does anyone know what I am on about? Does anyone have pictures of it?

I suspect you are talking about one of the EFTIS auctions. Eftis frequently puts antiques on ebay that are in unbelievable condition. One would suggest doing a google search on Eftis.
