Vintage Collins Legitimus 2lb Hudson Bay axe 21" ash handle finished and sharpened

This is an old 2lb Legitimus head, cleaned and hand sharpened with file and stone. It is hung on a new 21" ash handle with a walnut wedge. It is super tight and has perfect grain alignment. The entire tool has been treated with boiled linseed oil.

The axe is 21" long and weighs about 2.75lb. The 2lb head is 7" long with a 4" edge.

That looks like the perfect axe. Not too big, not too small, good handle, good condition. If I didn't have a tomahawk and a norlund I would jump on this.
