yes Ralph, he is the guy who teaches systema in Toronto. Also, he's the #2 headmaster of systema.

I've seen lots of his videos, but I didn't know he was a thrower. I've seen him do lots of knife fighting on video, but no throwing.
 
He has a lot of videos about a lot of subjects. One of them has maybe ten minutes of him throwing weapons. It was interesting to look at but it was only a small part of everything else he was trying to do. The videos are in English but seem very hard to track down in North America; I got mine from one of his European students.

I liked watching his grappling video; he might be the slipperiest fighter I've ever seen.

I am sure he did an interview with a knife throwing site several years ago that had more good info about his type of throwing than even the video did, but I don't know that is still online.
 
Thanks for you input. I was hoping someone would dig up a link somewhere of his throwing.

Anyway, Systema in general seems pretty lethal. The closest school to me is almost an hour away in Delaware. They only do open-hand work though, unlike the Canadian schools, which do a lot of knife fighting/defending.
