I second that; Frank Monsalve and I have worked out together and Frank is the real deal. AND his students can fight - which is why you'd be seeking him out, not because he is a bad-as* but because he can improve your fighting skills. I encourage you to visit and see if what he is doing is right for you and your goals.

Also, if I remember correctly, there should be a silat camp in Las Vegas this August, lead by Stevan Plinck, who is one hell of a teacher and expert. However, you need to look elsewhere for further information, as I do not remember any details...
