Warranty work on my wife's Photon I microlight

Just thought I'd share a good experience I had when I returned my wife's white Photon I for warranty work. The problem with the light was I just couldn't get it to light up when I pressed the button. Sometimes if you moved your thumb around just right it would light up.

Anyway, sent it back and a few days later I get the light back with new batteries AND an explanation of what the problem was. Cost me all of two stamps to send it to them. You gotta love a company with great customer service and a great product. :D
