Someone asked me (can't remember who - senior moment) about Wayne's books. Here's the note he sent. Check out his video on cable damascus. Great, and his shop is as messy as mine.

I was able to meet Mr. Goddard at the Reno NV. ABS Show. He is a person who everone should talk to about his knife making or grasping any information on the subject. After purchasing his book from him at Reno, We talked to Phyllis who is a special person who supports Wayne. Thank you Wayne for your time you have spent sending a message to this knifecraft, even my wife who never understood why custom knives were worth what they are, until she saw your knives in cable and 52100.

I too agree about Wayne. I wrote him several months ago about some questions and he wrote me back and asked for my address. He said he was gonna send me some info. He sent me an autographed copy of his book The Wonder Of Knifemaking!! I was short of breath. His books are awesome! My wife recently bought me his latest book The $50 Knife Shop from amazon.com. This is a damn good book. I recommend his reading to anyone especially newbies. This latest book I think is a must read. I was so impressed that I told all my friends they HAD to get it. Hopefully they will. Thanks Wayne. You da man! Cory
