We have a winner for the Name the Knife Contest and it is Dullone with his suggestion of Bog Dog.

I would like to thank Swamp Rat knives for their brilliant idea. I had never visited the Swamp Rat Forum before this competition. I don't own any swamp rat knives as yet and won't for a little while (I've spent or committed my funds for this year, and my wife would literally use the Swamp Rat knife on me if I bought another knife right now. The one thing I am sure of is that she could do a good job on me with one of these knives). However, reading the creative titles convinced me that your forumites are a highly intellectual group:D , it was great fun participating, and it introduced me to your fine products. Whoever suggested the competition should be promoted straight to general manager.:) - and congratulations to Dullone.:grumpy:

Congrats Dullone!!! Mighty fine blade you've got coming your way. Guess I'll just have to order one when they become available.

My question is, "If you're smart enough to win a sharp knife (both in terms of having ruggedly functional good looks and having a keen edge) isn't Dullone a bit of a misnomer????" :confused: ;) :D

Now that we have a name... Any chances or ordering it sometimes this year? Not much left if we measure in two weeks intervals ;)
