If you access chat through your web-browser, just keep doing what you're doing by connecting through either of the two following links:

http://www.betactical.com/BETchat.html

But if you access through an IRC client, please be aware that Efnet is experiencing some major hacking attacks, and is therefore out of commission for the immediate future. I have temporarily moved our Tac-chat over to dal.net for a more stable chat environment.
In your IRC client, simply type the following commands:

/server ozbytes.dal.net
/j #betactical

Again, if you don't understand any of what I just said, then just keep doing what you've been doing because I already did the work for you. :)
BTW, if you DO access through your web-browser and have ANY trouble connecting, all you need to do is click "refresh" and the updated chat pages will load for you.

Heyz guys...
I can't seem to get in, as everytime I connect it says:
Closing Link: linjunpei[jirc@255.255.255.255] (You are not authorized to use this server)

then says: Connection Closed:mad: :confused: :(
 
Other people are getting in, but it is slow. Don't know where everyone is, I just left.

If one link does not work, the other one usually will.
 
I just made a few quick changes, so they should both work just fine now, guys. :)

I'll try to stop in for a bit as soon as I get a chance.
 
I couldn't get in earlier and talking to Oliver, he had the same problem. :( Got tied up on other things and by the time I got in, everyone was gone. :mad:
 
First Sat, now tonight.

BOTH links say "Not authorized to use this server" or words to that effect.

What's the prob?? My email? I want in, doggone it.:mad: :( :confused:

I can't get in either. Tried a bunch of time. Gonna try a couple more times but if I miss ya maybe I'll see you guys next week.
