We've got snow!

Well, we've finally got some snow. I'm sure some of you guys up north are thinking "Big woop!"....but it only snows for a short time here...so we get a little excited about it.


Schools are closed and the boys are outside havin' fun.


Me? I'm scrappin together what energy I can muster this morning just to stay vertical....


This cold is kickin' my butt. On Monday I thought I'd be over it...nope...came back with a vengence...still can't talk.


More Airborne and liquids and rest for me.

Winter is great. Glad you got some snow. Been a nice quiet winter here, average snowcover just under 2 feet. We have had some cold weather -32 this morning, but the cold is not steady like it used to be 25 years ago, we had some freezing rain just the other day, very rare around here in january.

We were pretty darn glad to see snow yesterday. Brought the temp up to 18F.

It's been down in the single digits most of the last two weeks.

The schools was closed here today as well, due to ice on the roads. The temps here been around 14 to 25. It was hard going out in the shop to work today.
Glad to hear you got some snow there. You can have it. We get all we want here and then some. Next time let us know when you are sending us more. Have a great snow day, I know the kids will.
