Thanks, kind people. Yeah, this was the grind from hell. When I finished it, I almost couldn't believe I hadn't screwed it up. There were just too many opportunities for something to go wrong for nothing to have done so.

On the specifics, the blade was ground from 5/16" 154CM, quite a bit heavier than my average gig. It doesn't exactly balance on the forefinger.
