Thanks to you all! It is very encouraging to get all the positive remarks from this crowd. This is O-1 steel, differential hardened, triple tempered, paper micarta scales, red & black liners, 6" oal, 2 3/4" cutting edge.
That pendant I made from fossil ivory, the kanji says "to forge and temper metal with artistic skill". I've got three kanji dictionaries and have been having a lot of fun lately making these with lots of different themes.
SB- very glad to hear your package arrived. Only took 7 days by Priority mail!
