What do you think?

Stockmen are a poor design for throwing or batoning Redwoods, which are staples of the ESEE line.

:D

Haha. In all seriousness I doubt we'll ever see an ESEE Stockman but anything ESEE would be a well thought out version or modification.

I think the reason we'll never see one is that there are already several great manufacturers of traditional pocket knives out there. Case and Great Eastern come to mind immediately.

Yup, my Case leaves noting to be desired. I think ESEE is better off concentrating on what they are doing now; soft goods, and a potential folder.

That's a very good point. On the other hand, there are already several great manufacturers of locking pocket knives too.

If they made one would you consider purchasing it?

The only thing I find a stockman good for is carving in very fine detail if I ever need it. So I keep a Case serpentine I have really put alot of use to in past years.
