Called 1-800-607-9948 last night and got the man himself, Fred, of Knife Outlet, a surprise because I've never had the luck of an owner picking up his own phone before. Usually its an answering machine or somebody who is not too informed. Not so with Fred, and even though it was his dinner time and he apologised for the intermittent sound effects, he took time to talk, explain things, take my order and thank me personally. Nice, very very nice.
