What knife features do you HATE that others LOVE?

I was looking at some knives today by some companies that shall remain nameless. There were some that to me, were absolutely hideous. I couldn't imagine who would buy such a thing, but then I would go on to read reviews and see videos of folks who just LOVED them for all the reasons I hated. Sure, to each his own, but I was wondering if you all had some features that were total deal breakers for you, but still manage to get slapped onto knives and sell rather decently.

For me it's:

Camo/Digital-Camo blades or handles
Mirror polish blades
Overly stated logo's (sorry SOG)

I hope folks don't start defending features that others hate. I'm just wondering what just makes you say: "PASS!"

chisle grinds (Like what American kami uses):barf:
skull lanyards (Emerson skull cult crap):thumbdn:
American Tanto point knives.

Don't care for the camo handles but like the digi camo handles.

Dislike the knife clips that make the knife carry too high.

slip joints

edit: ^ yup gotta hate those skull bead things. Sorry skull bead fans.

I dont like choils. I never use them on knives with a choil. Id rather have more

blade length instead of a choil.

Tanto blades and waved blades.

Got no use for either.

Knives that can only be carried 'tip down'

combo edges

plastic handles

1. Serrations
2. American tanto style blades
3. Chisel grinds
4. Most natural handle materials
5. Fixed or folders that have to much drop to the butt of the handle
6. Flippers

Camo any where.
Tanto blades.
Waved.
Skulls.
Black blades.
Back locks.

Partially serrated blades. Most of the time, I can't stand them.

Blades that don't have sharpening choils (ie: at least half of the knives out there, haha). It's not a huge deal, but that little tiny bit of thought saves a lot of wear and tear on the corners of my waterstones.

Camo pattern handles or blade coatings. They just look ridiculous, imho.

Coated blades in general.

Plastic handles of all kinds.

8cr13MoV steel. Pretty much every production company has started using it on their cheapo knives, but I really dislike the stuff.

Recurve. Sharpening nightmare for me, and I don't see any practical advantage to it.

I hate assisted openers. If I like the design enough, I will buy it and see if I can disable the contraption.
American Tanto blades (like the original tanto style though)
Combo edges
ambidextrous thumb studs (catch on my pocket)

Serrations! I know how to sharpen a knife. If I need a saw, my swiss army knife has one.

Pocket clips. Used one one time, lost the knife, will never trust them again. I don't wear my pants so tight that I can't get my hand into my pocket.

Assisted opening feature. Used one for awhile, didn't care for it at all.

Thumbstuds. I'll take the hole or a nail nick but I don't care for the studs.
