What steel is this knife?

I picked up and old cleaver out of a pile at a flea market. Due to the patina I suspected it was a carbon steel knife, and the internet seems to agree.
What I have is stamped with "Three Rams Brand" as well as the style and the number 2.
What I have not been able to find online is the company, or any specs about the knife.
Depending on the type of steel I will either reshape the bevel to remove some chipping, or recycle into other knives.
If anyone has any information guesses I would love to know.
P.s. my kitchen doesnt really need another good cleaver. I want to recycle into other knives but wont bother if I don't know the heat treat or quench.

did it rust? if so, probably something between 1075 and 1095. heat in 1500F furnace for 10 minutes, quench in fastest oil you have, temper at 350F. should have functional blade.
