Whatever happened to the spydie Renegade?

They've been discontinued for some time. They show up on eBay now and then.

There is a Blackhawk on Ebay this morning 01-02-06 that expires in about 3 hours of this post. I have had 2 of the Spyderco Renegades. I even had one made in Golden Colorado. I carried one EDC for almost a year. I truly wish they would bring back the Renegade & blackhawk both in one of the newer blade steels. They are both great blade designs.
