Whats up with kabar D2 Dozier Folder???

I saw this knife yesterday and really liked it. Then I saw it has no pocket clip but all the other doziers do have pocket clips. What's up with that?
Do you guys put pocket clips on them?
And last one, what do you guys think of this knife?
 
I don't own one but they seem to get good reviews. I'm not sure why they don't put a clip on them, seems odd for the size of the knife.
IIRC STR has done clips on them before....

It shows excellent edge holding performance among folders I tested it toke second place after ZDP189 and 5th place total (from 25 tested).
