What's your newest Buck knife

My first custom and grail knife. I wanted this knife ever since I was 12 years old and saw my Great Uncle Harvey's which he let me hold. He was a very wealthy man and everything he owned pretty much was custom made. This is my first custom made knife. Only took a month from the time I ordered it for it to be shipped.

I love how tight the tolerances are, the superb fit and finish that images can't portray. Wondering how long it will take to break her in to be an edc? I won't carry a 110 without it being one hand opening, just an old school habit. In high school and on the farm we always found a way to make that happen.

Here’s one I needed for my small Buck collection whatever it is worn Sambar stag? Seller called it bone, it has a 506 blade,
it took three weeks to win an auction, LoL it was listed three weeks ago I added it to my watch list but I forgot about it and it ended then it was relisted and did the same thing then next time it listed I placed a bid a week later I won it, can’t believe nobody else bid on this they had three weeks to do it. It needs cleaned, but I like it. View attachment 1469139 View attachment 1469140 View attachment 1469143 View attachment 1469145 View attachment 1469146 View attachment 1469147

yep. a very nice example, ya got there.

I like the weight of the brass bolster/guard and pommel. it balances the knife in a weird position, but I just like it.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I have away my newer phenolic handle one that I bought when I purchased my son’s 119. It wasn’t getting used, and a good buddy of mine needed a good knife to process his rabbit farm animals. It’s a bit big but does the trick.

Of course, being a knife addict, I kept thinking about that knife I gave away. So, I replaced it with this one.

After getting this brass version, it is noticeably heavier, and even has a tad bit thicker handle.

I think I may purchase another black phenolic version because “reasons”. Hahahaha!

I will say that I miss the older style sheath quite a bit.

I will also admit I like how the older grinds did not have a cut out choil. The F&F on the older model seems to be a bit better as well.

I still love this new one though. It’s gonna be nice and tarnished soon!

Found this for $5 at the flea market a couple weeks ago, it’s a two dot the blade is shorter than a 112 blade, but dang just imagine how many different owners this knife has had over the years , they grind the notches in the handle completely uneven looks like they used a hand grinder, LoL I don’t know why I bought it just can’t pass up a $5 Buck 6B3464B2-3DE0-418F-8AB0-F22687214AF7.jpeg 212C243A-5A24-4284-8395-B32B204AB644.jpeg 8A3F5475-CD1B-4795-AE7C-7FF34C14B589.jpeg 5D6D04CA-7A3B-43D7-9804-2B06D31ADE48.jpeg 37D0A39E-71B5-4687-869E-ACF8F220F12F.jpeg 357B7267-D7DA-4914-AA59-6C1184FDED51.jpeg
