This is going to seem like a very ignorant question. However, when the board shows that a "thread" has been "moved", how do you find out where it has been moved to? Thanks.

I am not sure if this is the place to ask this question. However please don't "move it" or I will be unable to find the answer!!!!!

If you just click on the thread link, you will be taken to the thread itself. At that point, you can look at the top of the page to see which forum you are in.

For example, at the top of the page you are reading now should be:

"BladeForums.com: The Leading Edge of Knife Discussion > General Knife Discussion > Blade Discussion Forum > When a tread is "moved"......"

(Assuming of course a moderator doesn't perversely move this thread :))

If the thread has been moved to a restricted area (such as the BladeForums.com back end), then you can't view the thread, but will still be able to see that it has been moved to that area.

Hope that helps,

Matthew
