Which Carnivour is the most user freindly? Full size, or the cub. I'm kinda leaning towards the cub with carbon fiber.

WHile I generally like larger knives the cub seems to feel much better to me than the full size one. I have sold several cubs but haven't managed to keep one for myself yet. Next time I restock I may have to get an extra one.

I really like both of the Carnivores, but my Wife took a liking to my Cub. So now I'm carrying a Clip point Pioneer II as my EDC. I'm thinking about waiting until the Cub is made in D-2E steel to replace the one my better half aquired from me.

Does anyone know when D-2E Cub's are scheduled to go into production?

I'd also like to know if/when D2E Cubs are scheduled for, anyone know?

I think I like the cub better for carrying every day. I'd probably use the full-size for defense. I just got my cub two days ago(from shootist16 - thanks Dennis!), and it's great so far. I took it when I went fishing with my brother yesterday and he said it was the sturdiest and sharpest small knife he'd seen. It feels great in your hand, and cuts like a razor.

One of these days I'll keep one for myself.

I would have to say the cub is better for EDC than the full size. Because of the blade shape, it cuts much bigger than its size. Its what I alternate with my Tanto Pioneer II.

I do have a full size green(hey Easy...lol) handled Carnie, which needs some maintenance. However, even with this maintenance, it may only see self-defense/hiking/camping duty.

If you find you must throw something at me, please make it a custom.
