I'm looking for a thigh-rig-style kydex sheath for an ESEE-3. Do you know of any companies that can do this kind of work?

Well, first you need to decide on materials: leather, kydex, and or nylon.
Then we can steer you in a good direction.
Might have to go custom as I dont know of any productions out there for that size knife.

Unless I'm completely mistaken, Bladetech makes a thigh rig that your stock sheath should mount to out of the box considering the attachment spacing is for Bladetech hardware. I'd check there if you're wanting to just drop the stock sheath to your thigh.
