Which way is clip on carbon dragonfly?

Which way is clip on carbon fiber dragonfly?

Catalog says: "Carbon fiber (tip down, limited quantities)."

Does this mean it normally came tip up like the others? And that tip down was produced only in limited quantities?

Or

Carbon Fiber Dragonflys (all of which are tip down) are available only in limited quantites?

The clip is tip-down on mine, and I strongly suspect none were made tip-up, and they were made in limited quantities, so I suspect your latter statement is the correct one.

Here are Sal Glesser's own words on the subject:

I made the Carbon Fibre Dragonfly Tip down because it weas [sic] designed as a "Fly knife" and the clip in the tip down style is "deep pocket" and the money hides most of the knife when it is used as a money clip.

Hope this clears up any confusion.
