Who could make a functional Gunblade?

Of course the top of the blade would have to be dropped for the barrel to clear. What kind of revolver would be big enough for something like this?

I think the blade would just be the barrel- it could screw into the receiver. You might be able to take a .500 S&W frame and just make the blade/ barrel for it. And then mod the grips so they're a bit longer. You'd probably want to add some reinforcement to the frame/ barrel connection. But you'd have yourself one heckuva nerdariffic.... thing! I'm assuming the barrel goes through the center of the blade- through the spine, so to speak. With a hole near the tip of the blade.
