Who Does Custom Kydex for Gear?

I'm looking for someone to make me a custom kydex holder that holds my surefire e2e and a leatherman supertool 200 so i can wear it on my belt. i think i saw a picture on here a while ago of a guy that had one for his surefire and wave. i'd like it to have tekloc so it matches the holster for my strider db. does anyone know who does this? and if anyone does would you be willing to take a brand new knife in trade for the work?
