I do, I do! Normally, the Buck 110 is not my favorite. I have seen too many with a lot of blade play, the current steel is not up to my Steel Snobbery status, and they are all heavy as heck, but I do like this one. A lot!

Gorgeous matching stag, like you can't seem to find anymore. BG42 blade, which takes care of the Steel Snob situation quite nicely. ZERO blade play. This thing locks up like a bank vault! Maybe it's my imagination, but the blade shape on this one seems a little more "Bowie like" than normal. It seems pointier and looks to have a tad more belly in the right place. Of course, the Cape Buffalo inlayed Kenny Rowe belt pouch doesn't hurt either. :)

Love that sheath!!! I could use one of those for The Angry Beaver.

Great knife Danbo!

I have one of the BG42 versions that were made a few years back with scales of green "frenchwood" (I think they called it).

Not as pretty as yours or Buzz' but a great tank of a knife and a bargain at the price.

That is a beautiful stag handled 110 and the Cape Buffalo inlay sheath is the perfect companion for it! I just got around to organizing my Buck 110's & find the stag handled 110's are definitely my favorites & the Asian Waterbuffalo comes in a very close 2nd.

"Hello, my name is Clydetz, and I am a 110-aholic." Man Clyde... I can see you have the beginnings of "Buck-fever". I can also see that you have more room in that case. ;)
Danbo... bring that baybeee up with you to the Chicago show, OK? Nice score!

I have never seen a 110 that I didn't like. Stag handled ones are my favorite. Add in that sheath and you have one heck of a knife there.

Until I saw the pic, thought maybe you wanted a stag Buck 110 for the wife ... ;)

I have always dreamt of getting one with stag handle and damascus steel. Perhaps one day, my dream will be fulfilled, just like Dawkind. :)

Frankly, I never got hit by the 110-bug. (Personally prefer Remington lockback patterns myself.) But this is a 110 I wouldn't mind fondling ! The package is sweet ! Jason.

Danbo:

I love your 110. It reminds me very much of one I used to own up until a week or so ago ;). I'm happy to know the knife is in appreciative hands. Terrific sheath, by the way.

Thanks, Johnny. The sheath, I had laying around. It just needed the right knife. :)
