Just got written permission from my wife to go with a few friends and have some fun without her. By the way, went to New York a few weekends ago (to buy some linen with my wife) and it's awesome there (except for the linen store). Whoever was planning to go really should still go.

I'm there also. Right now it just looks like I'll be socializing, looking and drooling, but even if I can't buy anything the next best thing is being around Knifenuts. MartialWay (AKA LouisB) already sent me my BFC nametag so I won't be hard to find. ;)

Brad, I'm looking forward to seeing your work first hand.
 
Yo Brian, are you making up name tags again this year? Or Louis, can I get one from you? I wont be hard to find. Just look for a big fat guy, crewcut, with his hands around Phil's throat :D

I would gladly make you a tag, only problem is my printer took a dump! If you have a printer, I can make the nametag image and email it to you and you can print it and if you want, laminate it. Let me know.

I am really looking forward to finally meeting you all. Looks like this show will have a big member turn out.
 
I know Ricky Fowler will be there.He set up behind me at the FKA show last weekend.Great knives and his wife makes some killer primative sheaths.Hope it turns out better for makers than our show did.Dave
 
I mentioned this in another thread but, since the question was also asked here, it's worth repeating. Yes, I printed a new batch of BladeForums ID labels. They are the same 2"x4" size as in the past but these have a dark blue border that should make them a little easier to spot. Andy Prisco of the American Tomahawk Company will be distributing the labels at his table. So be sure to stop by, say hello, and pick up an ID label.

RJ Martin will not be sharing a table with me. I am sharing a table with Bob Neal. We will be listed as LDC Custom Knives.

RJ will be attending the show just to chat with people.

However, I will have an excellent selection of RJ's knives. There will be times he is watching my table. So if you are looking for him, probably the first place to look is at Bob and I's table.
