Why do you love your Izula?

Nothing.....plain and simple

Get a Esee 5/6, those knives are in the man range, izula's are for girls

It cuts things. it's easy to carry. It doesn't cost much. I can stash them all over.

Well I already have a 6 and a Junglas and for some reason they're not too comfortable to carry all day so I'm willing to venture into the Izula market if someone can convince me ;)

Elegantly simple, infinitely customizable, carry options to boggle the mind, dirt cheap for the quality and accompanied warranty, and eventually it'll bite you just to let you know that you're its owner.

It can do pretty much any task you ask it to within reason.... and its LIGHT! Great value for the money..

Well I will trade you a Izula for the Junglas or 6.....sound good?

  • Somehow the Izula is there every time I need it.

  • I don't have to plan on carrying it because it's got unlimited carry options. I've quit carrying my 4" folder.

  • I'm learning that 1095 steel rocks.

  • It gives you the knife peace of mind that you get when you are carrying an ESEE blade.<---honestly, knowing I have a precision/quality tool I can trust in almost any situation makes me feel better.
  • A pic from yesterday and my 36 hours without power following the Indiana ice storms. Not exactly hardcore survival, but was still a fun time. The Izula never left my side.

Being prepared for everyday out of the blue situations is more important than being ready for stuff that'll never happen. How many people do you think have 2,500 rounds sitting in their closet, 6 bug out bags packed and stashed, and more surplus gear than a third world nation..... But have less than 20 liters of water stored, no secondary heat source, and less than a week of food in the house?

I love my Izula II because it's a lime slicing demon!
I agree with HD but I use the "old" Izula. This one looks good doing it in DT!!
It's a very convenient small blade.

This video is rather convincing as well.

When EDCed correctly, you don't feel it at all. Yet, in the back of your mind, you know it is there, waiting to take on any task you may throw at it...

Seriously though, I just love how thin and light it is. It seems small yet can handle most tasks any larger blade can.
