Why doesn't Spyderco offer any smaller knives with G-10 handles? Something like a Native or Dragonfly in G-10. Maybe it's time for a Mini Military? :D

TAH,
Probably has to do with the cost. There was an experimental in G10 (dragonfly/navigator size) as well as the C49 Wegner Jr.. Also the viele II is half G10. All to me small knives. The Native does have some G10 variants. Good luck finding one :D

Spyderco did offer a small G-10 folder at one time.
I have a G-10 Navigator in my collection that I recieved in trade here on the forums.
Look around some and you might find a discontinued model.

Good luck,
Allen.

I have the same G-10 Navigator with GIN-1 steel. Nice, solid and chunky feeling. The G-10 adds a lot to the rigidity. I sometimes carry it in place of the Cricket.

Keeping cost down doesn't make sense. Does that mean that only people on a budget want small knives? I would gladly pay extra for a Native with textured G-10.

There was a really nice knife that was a mini version of the Police called the Rookie that was offered in G-10. It is kinda neat because the early Rookie was G-10 slabs only and then the later version had a metal liner on the clip side. I have one of each. Anyway this was a fairly small knife with a blade right at 3" or a bit longer.

Now that's a knife I wish Spyderco would bring back.

I got a linerless one. Don't carry it very often though because I'm afraid the screws will strip out of the G10.

Would like a linered one for sure;)

And there also was a G10 version of the Standard, which is pretty much a Delica with slighty thicker, but narrower, blade. And while I'll grant that hawkbills are a bit more specialized, and not suitable for everyones needs, there was a G10 Harpy as well.

Spyderco had the Baby Goddard in Micarta and that was a beauty - a bit pricey but worth it. I'd definatley go for a smaller Spyderco in G10

Why didn't I think of that... A pretty small spydie with burgundy G10 like a Cricket or Co-Pilot... Hummm...

Have the Rookie, Standard & 2 of the Nav's in G-10. Would carry all of them more but for fear of losing them & not being able to replace them...

Really love tiny G10 Spydies......

Have one of the Wegner Jr's, nice little knife. Passed on a G-10 Rookie - my mistake.
