Time for me to say thank you to all my friends on BF who have been so very kind and supportive while I deal with my back problems. They turned out to be far more serious than thought, but thanks to you "guys" Barbara has kept her spirits high and I have refused to quit.
I had this 1999 Cuda Damascus that I had for sale/trade. After coming to terms with another Formite, my Cat knocked the CUDA outta my hands and the blade took a nasty gouge. it was no longer MINTY. He no longer wanted it.
So I put out the word that I MUST find a replacement and one of my LEO contacts from Upstate NY found me another Brand spankin New one. This sucker is Purty.
I realized it was not the kind of knife that fit my collection and I just did/do not have the heart to use it. I have tried to sell/trade it, but I guess nobody has the heart to buy it and then use it. I WANT someone to use it!!!!
So pick a Friggin number from 01-10,000. One week, or so from today, I am going to call my Buddy in England to find out how much jail time SIMON McGLYNN ended up with and how much he has to pay in restitution. If there is no restitution, I will ask him to give me a number from 01-10,000 and the Damascus CUDA goes to a new owner in a new home who picked that number!!!!
