I just picked up my liners, bolsters, backspacers, and leaf springs that Bailey Bradshaw cut for me. All I can say is Laserjet and waterjet stinks and sucks when compared to Wire EDM as far as I'm concerned. I have Ti liners-bolsters-backspacers-and pocket clips, all within .0002 or less to my CAD drawings.
I drill, tap and ream some holes and BAM! Everythings fits and is consistent from knife to knife. No more grind and paint to match.
I highly recommend Mr. Bradshaw's EDM service. Larry D
