Here is one I made for my cousin's husband's brother... follow that?
It is forged 5160 with nickel silver, stainless pins and home made mosaic pin.
The handle is mexican cocobolo.
The pic of the wolf is acid etched on.
Let me know what you think.
Sorry bout the crappy pics.

You go Boy.......... That is lookin' good to me.

How did you do your "Wolf" resist?

Only-thing I would have changed is to have the "filework" a little closer together.

Lookin' good..........

I like that etch, and I think the knife overall, is very well done ....

I may be somewhat biased... ;)

Thanks guys.

To do the wolf etch, I coated the blade in a thin layer of beeswax and drew the wolf on with a brass scribe. I get the layer thin by heating up the blade with steam from a teapot, and taking a solid piece of wax and rubbing it once over the blade. This gives a thin layer and it scribes easily

The guy who is getting it is named Wolfe, hence the misspelling on the blade, if you can even see it.

Oh by the way,

It's not misspelled, everybody else is spelling it incorrectly.....they just don't know it.. :D
