Women and the Buck 110 ?

Our shooting club, +/-25 members, bears a married couple where the wife carries a standard Buck 110 in it's black leather sheath in her handbag. She is Dutch, like me, and she goes hunting 3 months a year in Arizona (thought it was Arizona). They hunt with the rifle and with the bow.

My wife, who has a shooting licence since 1985, just carries a small Laguiole in her handbag.

Just wondering how many women carry a folding knife and especially a Buck 110 ?

Math.

My spouse carries a Microtech Troodon. She finds it weightless in her purse. Also enjoys the slide open and close mechanism so she doesn't destroy her nails.

She has always been a big fan of keeping a sharp knife within reach.

Daughter carries a pair of Razels .On weekends during the summer she will put both on her belt, most of the time just the larger one.
She's 18 and likes the option of wearing cross draw. Smart girl!

Both of my sweeties!

Peace.

When out and about, my wife carries a stag 112. She has good taste in knives.

My wife doesn't carry a 110 in her purse, she has a small buck pocket knife|(i think the whittler model)and in the kitchen she uses a 110 and a 119 quite regularly.

My wife carries a Menchmade Mini Grip in her purse and usually a Buck 0693 fixed blade with a gut hook when she is hunting. But no 110.

I gave my wife a Kershaw LFK years ago that she keeps in a little side pocket in her purse. I've tried to give her other, somewhat larger knives but she said the LFK handles her little cutting needs just fine.

My wife carries two knives in her purse, one is the Buck Black Pearl Toothpick, (actually a very Beautiful knife) and a Chineese made SAK from a NWTF Banquet we went to years ago. She likes them equally well.

My wife carries a 1st generation Bucklite 426 with a custom drop point blade and thumb stud in her purse, sometimes her pocket. Then a 3rd generation Bucklite 424 in her pants pocket. I purchased others for her but she likes these best. DM

My wife carries a pink Spyderco Ladybug. She loves it, and I often get to hear the stories of knife-phobic people and how she helped convert them to the "way of the knife." I married a good woman! (who also happens to be Dutch - a theme perhaps? :D)

My wife is Kentuckian (similar to Dutch?), she carries a small buck slipjoint in her purse. She has a small fixed blade that her dad made, but she won't carry it.

My always has a Leatherman Core in her work bag, and in her purse she keeps either an ESEE Izula or a Kershaw Leek.
