I just want to use my first post-Member status
post to thank Sal Glesser for his presence here and generosity and patience in answering "our" (let's say "my") (often dumb) questions. Thanks, Sal. You show a lot of class (much like the knives you make)!
Now, the (im)modest proposal: If your R&D development is small, why don't you use us as your Alpha and Beta testers? We'll be rigorous and critical, and, best of all, work for free (We'll even pay the return postage of the test units)! We'll cut cardboard boxes, slice manila ropes, and shave our arm/leg hair diligently. We'll provide you with valuable info while vowing the vow of silence to the outer world. (If someone asks, "What is that?" we'll answer, "I'll tell you; but then I'll have to test its blade geometry on your jugular.") What do you think?
