Wronge Images?

Any idea why the forums are using the wrong images in place of familiar icons? I'm seeing a boldface "B" in place of the "big smile" icon and somebody's avatar in place of the reply button. There are probably other cases of this that I haven't noticed yet. Or is it just me...?
