WTF happened to REKAT?

Wasn't it only a year ago you couldn't turn around
without tripping over a damn sifu? I finally get
up the cash to buy one and everyone is out of them.

was there a mass sifu exodus and no one friggin told me
anything? Course I've found other pointy sharp things
to waste money on but where the hell did all the sifu's go?
Is this just me?:confused:
 
I believe that Best Knives still has a few Sifus in stock.

REKAT is still alive and well. I just sent in my green BladeForums Sifu for a minor clip repair and they were very helpful.

Unfortunately the Sifu was discontinued early this year, so they are getting harder to find.

I think that REKAT is scaling back their knife productions and focusing on the tool aspect. I know that the Pocket Hobbit and Sifu have been discontinued. I believe the Hobbit Warrior has been discontinued as well. Check around for auctions and the for sale forums if you can't find anyone with new ones in stock.
