Got this for my wife a while back and it has literally seen less than an hour of use. Still in the box with all the papers. It has had a screen protector from moment one. No visible marks, scratches or other defects anywhere as far as I can tell. Extras include a fitted leather case, spare 3-pack of styli, and a docking cradle (also has the cable that it came with). The sync cable has a small mark in the wire insulation from getting pinched in a drawer, but it does NOT affect function and is very small. This is NOT a factory refurb.
