WWIII update, 9/26/00

I was able to break away from my engineering consulting work (the project from hell) for at least a few days. With luck, this will allow me to get the last of the blades done to the point where I can give them to the finisher. From that point, its individual work on each handle. The project will wrap up (one way or the other) by mid-October. I've told my new associates that I don't want to start a new engineering job until these knives are out of my hands, so I expect to take more time off from engineering work until they're done.

Hang in there guys. The end is near (and you'll have your knife stapped to your side when it comes).
