Yataghan

[Kumdo]

Here's one that we are calling the "Yataghan". The Turkish swords were the original inspiration, but it evolved into something pretty different. A great chopper!

We still haven't finished the sheath on this one, but I thought I'd post a few (mediocre) pictures.

Looks like it would make a great chopper. I really like the antiqued look you gave the blade.

Ya'll do great work. I'd say it was more the love child of a barong and a talibon. 2 different kinds of Fillipino choppers. I dig the no frills finish too.
