You gotta help me decide on a new design! G10 or Stainless

Down to the wire on finalizing my Guard handle combination for my "Black Velvet Bowie Fighter"
Both will be done using G10 or G10 and 416SS
I really need your opinions on this so please vote/ post or Email me!

I'm gonna have to go with the either the G10 guard or a blackened & polished steel guard and pommel. Being that the name of the knife is "Black Velvet" I think you should keep it all black.

I think I'll second K.V. Collucci's vote for blackened steel. That would be sweet.

I'll stick with what I said last night and vote for the G10. I like the lanyard hole and the simplicity of a single material for the handle on a user knife. But the SS sure does look nice.

I am sitting on the fence on this one as I like them both. I coulds do a bead blast then Hot blue for the guard and Pommel or do Diamondblack Boron.
Thats where we get into some real $$$
There are so many all Black knives, they all seem to get generic after a while.
