I posted a while back about getting my first ESEE. It's a 4 and I've been having a great time scarring up the paint. It lives on one of my backpack straps, ready to be deployed for cutting up apples, fighting off those elusive GA panthers, or just looking cooler than those other guys on the trail.

Several people mentioned I'd be getting another ESEE blade soon and they were right. I decided I wanted an Izula but couldn't decide between a 1 or II so I looked on the ESEE site for a dealer in my area. http://www.emgear.net/ is a long drive from my house but I had to be nearby for a client meeting so I dropped in. The owner was working and he helped me make my decision. He showed me a II with the micarta handles and the 1 he's been carrying for several years with a cord wrap.

I decided on a 1 and I'm very happy with it. I'm glad we have a good dealer in the Atlanta area.

I just got my 3rd ESEE in three months in yesterday. Or maybe it's the forth. I'm thinking about another II or -4 (count) knives.

Its gonna be a long road man, you have two, you will need three. Such is life...:D

I'm thinking about replacing the KaBar TDK I have on my GHB with a Izula... They look like a sweet well made blade.... I really like the kit contents...

I think you did well, these are the same two models I own. A lot can be done with an Izula and a 4.

Got a RC-3, RC-4, RC-5, Izula, pre-split RTAK II. Looking at Izula II, too much want on Laser Strike.

Please don't try to talk me into too many more. I am going to have to stay put for a while. I think I would like a 6 at some point, only because I wasn't sure about it vs the 4 when I ordered.
