hey I was looking though some older posts and saw that Thomas said that another run of ZT 0360's were supposed to have been done in late 2011. I was just wondering if that run did in fact happen and I missed it, or maybe it got delayed. I hope there is a future run planned sometime so I can pick one of these up because I love the look of this knife. Thanks everyone

I too was waiting to hear more on these as it is my grail knife and i am ashamed of what i would do for one!

Thomas, Jimmer, Lynda anyone!?

I'm telling you I would do almost anything for one of these suckers! If someone has one and wants to see me shave half my head i'd do it and post it here! Come on man i'm flexible I really want one of these!

Still nothing? Wow. I tried emailing skd tactical as their site still shows it out of stock and goes on to say this:

"Currently production of the ZT 0360.SKD is on hold due to major priority changes within KAI USA. We will update this link with any news of an impending run, but currently we have had orders in for over 6 months now with no indication that we are getting any closer. Thanks for your interest in this product!"

This has been up since late 2010.

So please someone shed some light on my and chivilryman2's grail knife! Sign us up for first on the list!

Put some carbon fiber scales on one of those and your good to go lol [or your favorite scale for that matter :p]. Well if its "due to major priority changes", I have to admit as long as that priority is directed towards the 777 I have no complaints. Its US made, and I can only imagine how over worked [for lack of better terms] people are in the factory trying to push out all their awesome knives, particularly the bombshells they had planned for this year alone has got to be so much work, and probably working beyond capacity.

KAI/ZT is really making some stuff that is changing the knife world. It is cool, but it would also be cool if they had the flexibility to keep up projects like these. It would be even cooler if their LE runs went out to 700 or 1,000. I'm not upset with them, but few people are really going to buy a 777 vs a 0350/0360. It is a matter of money. That knife isn't over priced but you gotta really be into knives to get one of those.

Do that in stonewashed and partially serrated and I'd be all over that bad Oscar. Sweeeeet looking knife.

It could come in hot carl pink for all I care I'd still be all over it like... well you get the idea! I'd probably rit dye it but whatever gets me there! I could care less if it is dlc or stonewash or whatever as long as it is s30v or better. I am unsure of how they get the shape. I assume it is a different piece opposed to just grinding down the spine of a 350. So it would assumably be more work than that of a ground 350, different tooling and such. If i'm not mistaken it has a slightly different blade grind too. Thomas where are you buddy! We are missing your guidance! And if you happened to have one laying about I would gladly give it a loving home! :D

I hope you guys get your 0360 ASAP but make no mistake there are many of us waiting (and waiting) for our 0777 too. :D ZT must be doing something right with so many of us waiting for our new ZT to become available. I'm sure they're doing their very best but its shame that it often requires a long wait before we can get our hands on their latest offerings. Of course, if the designs stunk nobody would care how long they had to wait. When you do get you 0360 I'm sure that you'll find it worth the wait.
Best of luck!

There is no mistake to be made! Technically the 360 was in que way before you even knew about the 777! But in all seriousness it would be sweet to see the que shrink and all the folders we have been waiting for made.

hahaha welcome tothe dark side of the 0350 ... or something like that.

I think this is a cause I can get behind! I have an 0350 in my EDC rotation, and would LOVE an 0360.SKD! I commute over 110 miles a day, and have the "opportunity" to see the occasional car wreck. While only a few have been bad enough for me to stop, I've been lucky that I've witnessed nothing overly serious. That said, having a glass breaker on my knife would be a HUGE plus should I end up seeing something happen that required me to help someone out of a vehicle in a timely manner. Especially with this being AZ and how hot it gets, lots of people neglect their cars and run them low on oil or coolant. Mix that with a nasty accident, and car fires are a regular thing, so that glass breaker would be a huge help if I had to stop in such a situation. Perhaps I should take an EMT renewal course and finally take the National Registry Test as well, so my EMT-B skills are fresh?

So I'll just keep my fingers crossed and hope this becomes available again, or I'll have to cave an get a Benchmade Triage eventually. Would kind of like this a little better, though. ;)

you could always get a rescue blur. Much cheaper than the bm. But then again you won't have to because they will make another run of 0360's!

I'll even be willing to wait until after the 777 is out as long as I know the 360 will come out sometime soon
