ZT Warranty

I've seen several threads about issues with some ZT knives. I picked up my second ZT 550 a few weeks ago and it had some blade play from early lockup. Sent it back and less than two weeks it came back perfect. I have several ZTs and this one is the first one I have sent back. Don't worry about the warranty service - it's fantastic.

I just wanted to say from personal experience I feel confident with any ZT purchase.
 
KAI as a whole Customer Service is great.. I asked for parts for knives since I hard use them as well as ones I've given to friends and like to have parts on hand when I need them.

Well I asked and a received greatly Thanks KAI your amazing!!!! This is why I buy kershaws and ZTs time and time again..you can't put a price on this level of service..

I love Kershaw/ZT CS, they are amazing. I asked for a new clip for my ZT 350SW so I try to stone wash it to match the blade, incase I messed it up I wanted an extra to fall back on. Well they sent me two clips and four screws. They are amazing! I try to only buy knives from companies that have good warranty and customer service, and Kershaw/ZT is simply amazing.

Im glad everything worked out with your knife. Im hoping my next purchase comes just as perfect as the last few have. Ill be buying a ZT 30X next week and I cant freakin wait! :eek:
 
My experience with ZT customer service was also excellent. Repair was made and knife was back to me in about two weeks.
