ZT300 for Spiralarchitect

Dustin I got your folder and blade. Based on some checks in the shop its a 7/32 size pivot on this. Slightly undersized apparently. I don't have a reamer that size or a carbide drill since I never need a 7/32 for pivots or anything like that drilling harder materials. MSC may sell one and I'm currently looking. I'll get back to you on the pivot. Once I get that nailed down I'll shoot prices to you and we'll discuss it after you see the links. I can't do the contact adjust on this extra until I get the pivot to work. Nothing I have here will touch this hole to fix it so the barrel works. It appears the contact is already ground in the blade to me. Is there some reason you think it is oversized? Just curious.

By the way. This is the first time I've seen this color handle. I like this one better than the green or the brown ones I've owned. :thumbup:

I got this one all set up for you. I managed to get that pivot taken care of with an old dulled down Cobalt 7/32 drill and used that to ream it some.

Contact adjusted on both blades as requested. The lock engages both well now. I like an early lock up but these were a bit too early for my taste also. I think shearing the lock face is a lot less likely now. Not that this happens a lot but I have seen some testers including myself that managed in some tests that were harder use.
