The Santokus are done from HT. Will need to regrind, put final finish, etch maker and Aus Club mark, drill and cut out handles, attach handles, shape handles, and put on final edge. Will try to post some pics of HT'd knives tomorrow.

Finished one of the AUS Knife Club Santoku today. Black linen handles with red liners. Kinda hard to see the red liners but they are there. I will see about taking some better pics with my DSLR later.

I am not quite sure. I think it is something like Australian Knife Club. Maybe someone from downunder can confirm this. Took some more shots tonight.

Handles cut out. The 5 sets have liners added along with front of handles beveled and ready for shaping.

Handles rough shaped on grinder and now ready for hand sanding.
