Was fishing to day down at island beach state park new jersey. My brand new 2nd time out star rods 10 foot surf rod snapped under the 2nd eyelette. I was pissed. Had to use my backup with no results. Me and my 3 buddies got skunked today. 2 hour ride home. Finally get home and my 8 year old boy is in my business. He tells me mommy got a package today. I'm like, what are you talking bout boy. She tells me ups stopped bye. I look at the label and I see busse combat. I hesitate all excited. Opened the backside and see black micarta and satin finish. I'm like hesitant. I hope it's a nuclear top like my last one.took me a few to open it. I'm like YES. Sent my custom shop waki in to get refinished a while back. COULDN'T get it back on a better day. Jerry. Garth.
