  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Cleaning BM Axis lock

What do you all use to relubricate the knife with once you flush it out?

I'm a cheapskate. I've been using the Pedro's Extra-Dry Chain Lube from my bicycle kit for all of my folders. Does anybody see a downside to using teflon based dry lubricants?

Personally I use canned air to blow the crud out and shoot in a little Tri-Flow or Super Lube with Teflon. I read somewhere that Teflon has an extremely low co-efficient of drag. I'm just not cool with pumping water into my knife and hoping to displace it with hard lacquer building WD-40. If my knife is a real mess I would strip it and clean it. Hypothetically speaking of course.;)

Gord.
