Damascus with double lugs?

Greetings!

I'm thinking about picking up a Damascus 21. I'm curious if CRK will install double silver lugs in Damascus blades. I don't see anything on the website prohibiting this, but I just want to be sure.

Also, does CRK re-etch Damascus blades upon request?

I have three 25's with Damascus and double silver lugs-- I assume they can do the same on a 21 blade even though the spine is a little thinner.

They can re-etch. See their web site for details in a FAQ. They will only perform that once, if I recall correctly.

I've got a large 21 plain with spirograph pattern and double silver lugs, the previous owner sent it in for the lugs & silver hardware...
